It depends. While we do provide one-time services and project work for businesses, we operate primarily with clients doing "Business Continuity Agreements" where we become your businesses IT department. This means you get billed monthly and a certain amount of guaranteed hours available to you and your staff for issues and ongoing IT management. This scales depending on the amount of systems you have and hours you need for support. At the end of the day, our goal is for your organization to run smoothly with the support it needs, so you can focus on the great work you do and create value for your clients. For many clients we onboard, we find we make significant difference to their operations in the first few months.

After both Whidbey Tech and a Customer approve a project quote, a down payment of 50% of the estimated quote, or estimated cost of hardware (whichever is higher) may be required before the project is started.
